I am a third year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of South Carolina-Columbia. My main research interest include:

  • Machine Learning on Graphs
  • Machine Learning Application in Materials Science (Inorganic Materials)
  • Machine Learning Application in Bioinformatics.

I have a formal background in mathematical analysis from my Master’s in Biostatistics (M.S.P.H.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc.). My umbrella also includes professional experience in both research and education from working as a Research Assistant, Statistical Analyst and as a High School Mathematics Teacher.

In my freetime, I enjoy conceptualizing the possible adaptation of current techologies in poor countries, running and excersing, and playing video games. Additionally, I am also a big enthousiast of Pytorch and Linux.
